In light of the school closures and increased concern over COVID19, please note the following policy changes from HVC:

• If you’re sick or have been exposed to someone who is sick and your pet visit is not critical, please stay at home and reschedule your appointment.

• If your pet is critically ill and needs to be seen but you’d rather not be in public, please call ahead and we can retrieve your pet from your car, perform treatment/testing and return it to you that way.

• Please only have 1 person accompany the pet for an appointment. In that light, please leave children at home if at all possible. We can certainly make exceptions for things like euthanasia appointments.

• Call ahead for medication and food refills as this will expedite picking them up.

• Sinks, soap, and paper towels are available in all exam rooms and may be used as needed. Some hand sanitizer is around our reception desks for anyone to use, but we don’t have a lot of that left.

• We appreciate your patience during this time as we try to keep our staff, our clients/patients and ourselves all as healthy as possible.
